Your new role
In this role, you will drive with a team of local recruiters our Talent Acquisition operations in Netherlands, Belgium and UK, and will also participate to multiple EMEA talent acquisition activities and/or projects. The Talent acquisition team exists out of 9 FTE, including the Manager.
You will be the point of contact for business partners, HR stakeholders and third parties for professional recruitment. You will work closely with HR and Managers to actively recruit experienced candidates from the global semiconductor market in an end-to-end recruiting process and with the recruiting team to establish a consistent and professional recruiting approach and guide them during the procedures. Creating and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract talented candidates. On a regular basis, you will contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives. You maintain a constant and steady focus on the local market place, and disseminate local market intelligence to key client groups. Furthermore, you assess candidates during the interview process, negotiate compensation and extend offers. The most part of you time you are also responsible for the Recruitment by yourself.
As a Team Lead you are responsible to develop and lead a team composed of early in career, confirmed and senior recruiters. Mainly, the recruiters working in the team are experienced. Enhancing on a constant basis their skills to respond to our talent acquisition challenges in an high-tech and fast moving environment. Able to articulate and promote creation of staffing strategies to support our needs from University relations to the most advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques. It is important that you can create trust and partnership with our principal stakeholders (in HR and the business) and develop at team level this passion to bring the best in class support to our customers supporting NXP’s growth.
Because of the recruitment work load, you will also recruit actively by yourself. Also campus recruitment is a important part of the job.
What you need to succeed
To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced recruiter with a minimum of
8 years of relevant recruitment experience, who has the ability to liaise within different levels in our organisation. In this role you will use social media tools, networks and databases to recruit graduates and professionals into designated global business units with focus on the Netherlands, Belgium and UK.
You have a proven track record in recruiting of electrical engineering industry profiles or comparable industries in a highly result-driven environment. Your entrepreneurial attitude together with a strong drive, well-developed political sensitivity and style-flexibility in communication allows you to deliver on commitments and add optimal value to our company. You have a significant track record in driving Talent Acquisition operations and leading/developing a team of junior and senior sourcers / recruiters and have an excellent knowledge level in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, networking, assessment, branding, negotiation, social media).
We are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter with excellent communication skills in English and Dutch and strong stakeholder management skills, who has already gained extensive experience within an international and process-oriented organisation. You are results-oriented, customer-focused and have a positive approach and drive to win.

This concerns a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
