New Production Introduction (NPI) team is a diversified group with 3 main activities. [1] Project Management that does the full planning, risk assessment, and production-worthy releases of new products; [2] Assembly Diagram review which ensures that there is no violation based on the Design Rule Manual; and [3] STR Management which ensures that all Engineering Runs are properly executed in the production floor

A look into the life of a Senior Engineer New Product Introduction
You will take the lead for new product releases in close coordination with internal and external Project Managers. Ensure to improve existing products according to the company’s quality standards and customer requirements to ensure that products are ready for volume production

Your profile

• Graduate of ECE/EE or any equivalent Engineering course
• With at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Above average analytical and leadership skills
• With frontline to backend manufacturing skills
• With expertise in Project Management
• Knowledgeable in Assembly, Test, and Discrete Transistor
