Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will contribute to global and local recruitment initiatives. You will challenge norms, push boundaries with HR Business Partners, and inspire Hiring Managers to achieve unparalleled success. Your efforts in executing a forward-thinking talent strategy will be instrumental, as you bring fresh perspectives to enhance recruitment processes alongside a diverse team of HR experts. You will report to the HR Director.
Your responsibilities include:
• Driving the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless flow from initial hiring manager intakes to finalizing hires;
• Cultivating talent pools, engaging in job fairs, and fostering partnerships with leading universities to attract exceptional candidates.
• Offering mentorship to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, setting the gold standard for candidate and hiring manager experiences;
• Employing innovative sourcing strategies to assemble a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline;
• Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies to fulfill the companies’ talent acquisition needs effectively;
• Serving as a subject matter expert, shaping recruitment processes and ensuring alignment with the global talent strategy;
• Commiting to high standards of compliance and ethics in every aspect of the recruitment and hiring process;
• Driving initiatives that enhance recruitment capabilities and candidate experiences, embodying and promoting your new employer’s values.

Your profile
To be successful in this role as Talent Acquisition Manager you have at least 7 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. This can be combined experience in agency roles and corporate roles, but experience in corporate recruitment is a must.
You also have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) and 3 years experience in pharma or biotech recruitment. You have experience with different Talent Acquisition Projects (e.g., branding, campus recruitment, career events, automatization, etc.) and you know how to work with Workday or similar systems. Dutch language is not a hard requirement for this role, fluent English is. In order to be successful you also need to have proven experience in recruitment in The Netherlands and up-to-date knowledge of the Dutch labor market regulations, trends and developments.

About the organization
You will work for an international biotech company specializing in the creation and development of innovative differentiated antibody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer and the improvement of the lives of cancer patients.
The company has been active for almost 25 years and they now have over 1000 people working for them. Their headquarters are in Denmark and next to this office, they have sites in the US, Japan and the one in Utrecht that you might join!

The benefits
Your new employer offers you a suitable salary that fits your experience and expertise, between 70-95K gross annually. Of course, you will also get good secondary benefits such as a 1 year contract with the intention to convert to a permanent contract afterwards. They also offer an annual bonus of 10%, holiday pay (8%), stocks, a good pension scheme (2/3 paid by employer), 25 holidays and about 6 additional days per year company shutdown days, travel expenses and/or a NS Business Card and a hybrid working policy with 60% office and 40% working from home. You will also receive 40 euros net per month to cover costs if you are working from home. If you are not currently living in the Netherlands, relocation package from abroad can be offered.
