Your new role
As a Talent Attraction Specialist you manage the entire recruitment process for different roles. So, you have a wide range of tasks, like processing incoming applications, collecting the right information for the jobs, attending (online) events, networking and making job adverts and advertising campaigns.
In this role, you work closely with the Hiring Managers to define job requirements and you will also provide them recruitment guidance and advice. As a Talent Attraction Specialist, it is up to you to find the right candidate by shortlisting candidates via telephone screenings prior to presenting to the Hiring Managers. You will build strong and professional relationships with the Human Resource team, the Hiring Managers and the internal stakeholders.
Moreover, you will help to develop the Employer Brand. Therefore, you can host/participate in career events and Employer Branding activities. Your mission is to ensure an excellent experience for candidates and being an Ambassador for the vision and values of the company.
The recruitment activities are international oriented. Your focus is Europe. When necessary you can also support other countries.
What you need to succeed
To be successful in this role as a Talent Attraction Specialist, we expect at least 2 years of work experience in a relevant role like Talent Attraction Specialist, (Corporate) Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, hunter, sourcer, etc. Experience with Employer Branding and Employer Branding related projects is strongly preferred.
You are able to analyze market trends and build tailored recruitment strategies to meet the hiring demands. You are a people connector with excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken. Furthermore, you work well in an dynamic, fast-paced and changing work environment.
