Most employees know what AI is, but they do little with it. Just over one in four use AI in their jobs, while 75% have access to it. Employers don't forbid it, but they don't really help either. More than half of companies do not have clear rules about AI.

In reality, however, all is not so bad. Only just over a quarter of employees have already used AI at work and only four in 10 employers encourage its use.
