The IT sector is still the place to be for highly skilled professionals in 2024. Why? Because the sector is booming due to the growing demand for digital solutions, such as cyber security, automation and cloud infrastructure. That means there are lots of interesting and challenging jobs, with great salaries and lots of nice perks. Finding and keeping qualified staff is therefore the biggest challenge in the sector.
2023 was a year full of changes in the labour market.
